This enables us as a precision turned parts company to create plastics up to a maximum diameter of 200mm with an automatic bar fed diameter of 65mm. All new plant feature multi-tasking capability with sub spindles.

Turning, Drilling and Milling can be carried out in a single set up using up to 32 tools, which means: highly complex components can be manufactured in a single operation, significantly improving productivity by using less labour and reducing cycle times.

All this added capability ensures quick response and short lead times for both small batch and large volume plastic machined engineering components. Whatever your requirement we have the manpower and machinery to provide the right solution.
